Position Summary: Person in charge of the WORQ Subang Outlet, The first face to greet and assist our Guest and Customers with a warm welcome assisting them in ways required with occasional administrative tasks.


  • Assist the Outlet Manager with the management of the outlet, including but not limited to, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all company policies are adhered to and assisting the Outlet team;
  • Assist the Community team on member engagement and events;
  • Relay customer feedback to HQ and recommend necessary outlet operational changes;
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Plan and carry out all sales activities for WORQ including sales follow up, invoicing and payment collections;
  • Assist other members of the management and HQ team with various tasks, as required
  • Ensure that our event space is all prepped and assist with event logistics
  • Additional adhoc task as assigned by superior and management
Qualifications
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills (Google Suite)
  • Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team
  • Bubbly personality and love interacting with others
  • Experience with the Hotel Industry will be an added advantage
