Job Description

:
1. Assist the outlet manager performing all job tasks as assigned. 2. Assist outlet manager complete store opening and closing procedures multiple times per week. 3. At all times, to keep the store organized, clean, and attractive to customers. 4. To oversee the store sales team and other staff members. This includes supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating employee performance, managing staff problems, and designing work schedules. 5. To maintain knowledge of all products available in the store and know the store layout. They manage inventory by ordering new supplies as needed and maintaining order in the stock room. Once shipments come in, assistant retail managers place merchandise on the sales floor and add price tags. They also stage store sales displays. 6. To greet incoming customers, answer phone calls, and address customer complaints. When customers are ready to check out, assistant outlet managers supervise the cashier to complete sales and collect payments. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 good attention to detail is essential, who must maintain store appearance, place merchandise, and erect attractive marketing displays 7.
