An Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, staff coordination, and compliance with standards. This role is vital in maintaining food quality, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in a culturally respectful environment.
1. Support Daily Operations: Assist in managing kitchen, service, and cleanliness standards.
2. Ensure all ingredients and processes meet Halal certification standards.
3. Prevent cross-contamination and maintain documentation for audits.
4. Train, schedule, and monitor staff performance
5. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
6. Monitor stock levels and source certified supplies
7. Track outlet performance, assist in budgeting and cost control
8. Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols.
9. Assist in promotions, seasonal campaigns and community engagement
At least 2-3 years in F&B as Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager roles
Working experience
1. Experience managing restaurant outlets.
2. Prior work in multicultural environments.
3. Food safety knowledge
Skills required
1. Familiarity with sourcing and handling.
2. Ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
3. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
4. Understanding of SOPs, kitchen workflows, and service cycles
5. Basic budgeting, cost control and sales tracking.
6. POS systems, inventory software and reporting tools.
