Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time)
Salary: Basic + Commission + Incentives
Working Hours: 6 days a week | Retail shift hours

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and store targets. Create and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment. Develop and implement sales strategies to boost overall performance. Analyse sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to improve. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and routine stock audits.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including staff supervision and team management. Strong communication skills with excellent customer service ability. Energetic, positive, and highly sales-driven. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
