Min 2-5 years experience in Management of Food and Beverage or related industry.

Must have Microsoft office knowledge

Tanggungjawab

Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant
Preparing reports at the end of the shift
Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage team to ensure targets are met
Respond to customer complaints
Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainess
Monthly stock checking
Assit management to increase monthly sales
Stick monitoring and ordering
