Lendlease Malaysia is currently searching for an experienced Assistant Package Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Mechanical to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Prepare drawings detailing the system designed

\xc2\xb7 Support senior engineer and/or senior designer in the on-going plans of project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements and project budgets

\xc2\xb7 Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks for pharmaceutical project(s) including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports

\xc2\xb7 Processing RFI\'s and change orders

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and document compliance calculations and forms

\xc2\xb7 Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all construction contractors\xe2\x80\x99 supervision and manpower are instructed and comply with all aspects of MOM Workplace Safety policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that construction contractors work within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP\xe2\x80\x99s,

\xc2\xb7 Procedures and Site Instructions

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the HSES, quality aspects of work within assigned areas and ensure construction contractors complete their work in accordance with project schedule

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of related experience

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in a similar role in the Data Centre Industry is an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Possess extensive pipefitting and HVAC/Piping experience

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Piping engineering

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team
