Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to company strategy, make inventory plan and supervise the implementation.

2. Develop material requirement plan and issue purchase request through ERP system.

3. Analysis of sales demand and production schedule, develop key components regularly rolling procurement plan.

4. According to the production and delivery plans to develop and adjust the material arrival plan, coordination and tracking of material shortage.

5. Coordinate with production plan, deal with the production process related materials problems, control of critical material.

6. Participate in Exception handling of materials, in control of production of sluggish materials.

7. Provide relevant material supply status report and analysis.

8. Maintenance of material master data in ERP system.

9. To perform and complete the assigned special tasks as when instructed by the superiors and /or such other persons as may be designated by Management.

10. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing or production planning. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Understand and familiar with modern manufacturing processes and modules.

3. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.

4. At least a SPM, Certificate, Diploma or any related field is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
