Job Description

:

Collaborate with various departments to gather information, prioritize tasks, and facilitate the development and execution of plans. Assist superior to monitor daily and weekly production order for product & monitoring units are build & shipped timely. Ensure production & relevant parties are updated with the weekly's build plan. Adhere to planning procedures and performance metric assigned by supervisor to ensure efficient production processes. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and support seamless production operations. Provides regular updates on production progress and shipment status to Program Managers.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or any related field. Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years related experience in planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines consistently. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
