Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Procurement and Planning Manager to oversee procurement, inventory planning, and supplier management across factory operations. This role includes leading strategic sourcing and supporting major infrastructure and production projects.

• Review and verify purchase orders to ensure SOP compliance.
• Lead procurement activities for factory-wide indirect and project-related materials.
• Manage planning and inventory for production and material requirements.
• Actively source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct cost analysis.
• Justify procurement decisions with detailed evaluation of payment terms and job progress.
• Support long-term projects including new warehouse construction and machinery installation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and handle Custom/SST-related matters.
• Lead and develop a small procurement and planning team.

A successful Assistant Procurement and Planning Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing procurement across full factory operations.
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
• Hands-on involvement in project procurement (e.g., construction, machinery).
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Custom/SST procedures.
• Experience in planning, inventory control, and supplier performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
