Assistant Product Development Supervisor

Requirements

STPM / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering Technology (Food), Baking Science & Technology, Hotel & Nutrition Management, or related fields. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct product performance tests in the test kitchen, focusing primarily on specialty fats. Manage customer sample requests, ensuring proper coordination with the process lab, pilot plant, production team, and administration. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA), handle documentation, and apply for relevant certifications. Support the product development team in trials, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in maintaining proper records of formulations, results, and customer feedback for R&D projects.
