Build, develop, and execute product-specific marketing strategies and tactical plans.
Create and manage marketing and communication materials from ideation to execution.
Conduct product training for sales teams, healthcare professionals (HCPs), retail and homecare partners.
Monitor and analyze product performance, including competitor analysis.
Manage and track A&P budgets effectively.
Prepare marketing tools such as brochures, presentations, and sales aids.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Support product launches by creating launch materials and sales training content.
Collaborate with the commercial team to plan and implement marketing programs and campaigns.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science/Technology, or related Science discipline
.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in Product Management, Sales, or Marketing (Healthcare/Nutraceutical/Pharma industry preferred).
Strong conceptualization, marketing, and product management skills.
Experience in
product launches
is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently and within a team.
Willing to travel as required.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
