Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee all production activities and liaising with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities on related matters. Oversee and evaluate the production process and make changes to improve the quality and efficiency of production Responsible for all Procurement activities to achieve material savings performance and Quality, Cost & Delivery targets (QCD) with suppliers. Raw Material supply lead-time management to ensure customer OTIF (On Time in Full Delivery) is met. Analyze procurement demand and the market, to achieve objectives of procurement cost control and lower general cost of procurement. Prepare product documentation where required. Prepare and update procedures applicable to department. Develop Standard Operation Procedure for all production processes. Develop Maintenance Plan for all equipment and infrastructure within organization and ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule. Evaluate suppliers for inclusion onto our Approved Supplier List. Monitor supplier performance, quality, quantity and delivery. Liaise with production on quality and quantities required Plan production facilities, equipment, and processes. Develop, control, and monitor production processes. Ensure cleanliness of production areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide input to Administration Department on training needs. Liaise with Production Engineer on stock control and procedures including monitoring stock levels, overseeing the input of data and information required for accurate financial reporting and reviewing the stores efficiency.
