This position is to be based at Bagan Datoh, Perak Job Responsibilities:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage spray dry processing line \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage human and material resources to meet production targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor product standards and implement quality control program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at production areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates with maintenance, QA, IT and others department for development of manufacturing methods processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoots any production problems; assures that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production; reports any process or equipment problems to maintenance department and superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, motivate and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure production floor cleanliness and participate in 5S activities Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have more than 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in food manufacturing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with spray dry core processing technology will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess leadership quality, self-motivated, committed and mature disposition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP and OSHA requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work at Bagan Datoh, Perak
