Assist the Operation Manager in planning, organizing, and directing production activities to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Monitor production processes and implement measures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are met. Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to maintain a high level of productivity and morale. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe working environment. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of materials and components. Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental standards. Assist in developing and implementing production plans, budgets, and strategies to support business objectives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager. Ensure OEE and PPH set target met. Ensure Lean Thinking concept applied on daily activity Practice 5S concept at his/her department

Requirement :



Minimum diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational certificate in industrial production, engineering or equivalent experience. Experienced in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years in supervisory role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues. Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and technology. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications and production management software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
