Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules

Monitor production output and ensure targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met

Supervise and lead production teams to maintain smooth workflow

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime

Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for operational efficiency

Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Train and develop production staff for better performance

Generate production reports and provide updates to management

Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of production planning, safety, and quality control systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
