*** Key Responsibilities ***
l Build, develop and execute product-specific marketing strategy and tactical plans to drive marketing strategic objectives.
l Develop marketing and communication material from ideation to execution to ensure HCPs and patients' use of our products and services.
l Train sales force, retail and homecare partners and HCPs on our products and services.
l Responsible for monitoring & analyzing product performance including competitors.
l Responsible for effective utilization of allocated A&P budgets & monthly tracking of overall A&P expenditure
l Create marketing tools for effective HCP communications (brochures, presentations, messaging, sales aids and other media) to support business strategy.
l Participate and manage conference activities, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive customer engagement.
l Support product launch planning and execution - create launch collaterals, design training materials, and support sales force training.
l To keep abreast with healthcare business activities and current market situation.
l Collaborate with Commercial team for marketing programs and campaigns.
*** Key Requirements ***
Must-have
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science/Tech, or Science.
2-3 years of related working experience in Product Management, Sales & Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry.
Good-to-have
Candidate with Science background will have an added advantage.
l Effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).
l position shall be based in HQ located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. However, the candidate is required to travel as and when required. Handle product management, assist senior product manager in healthcare (supplements product). Mostly travelling/based in HQ, with some travel occasionally to outstation
l Malaysian Chinese candidate would be great, most colleague are Chinese

- Working days: 5 per week
- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri),

REQUIREMENTS:
l Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science/Tech, or Science.
l 2-3 years of related working experience in Product Management, Sales & Marketing, preferably in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical industry.
l Strong conceptualization, product management and marketing skills as applicable to healthcare industry.
l Product launching experience will be preferred.
l Good presentation skills, and effective written and communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (optional).
l Ability to work independently and function within a team.
l The position shall be based in HQ located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. However, the candidate is required to travel as and when required.
l
Salary package:
l Basic: RM5,500 - 6,500 / month (subject to relevant qualification and experience).
l Travelling allowance - RM850 / month (include Mobile - RM100 & Motor Vehicle Maintenance - RM750 / month)
l Petrol card usage limit - RM500 / month
l Bonus (non-contractual)
l KPI incentive (release yearly, upon incentive scheme/ KPI achieved).
