Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Management

Coordinate daily activities with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow. Monitor key performance indicators (

OEE

, downtime, scrap rates) and implement corrective measures for improvement. Resolve production delays, equipment failures, and quality issues promptly.

Team Leadership

Supervise night shift operations, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions. Manage disciplinary actions and handle workplace conflicts professionally.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure full compliance with

ISO

,

GMP

, and

OSHA

standards. Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular risk assessments. Lead investigations of safety or operational incidents and implement preventive measures. Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.

Continuous Improvement

Lead

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement effective corrective actions. Drive

Lean manufacturing

,

Six Sigma

, and

cost-reduction

initiatives. Collaborate with engineering and management teams to implement process improvements and adopt new technologies.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare and present shift performance reports, including production output, downtime, and manpower utilization. Ensure smooth handovers between shifts with clear communication and documentation.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma

in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (Degree preferred).

At least 5 years

of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership. Strong understanding of

ERP/MRP systems

and

Lean methodologies

. Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation skills. Proven ability in
