Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Require Degree education in any field, or for those we has 5 - 7 years relevant working experience will be considered.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in wood based industry.
Experience in stocks inventory control.
Experience in Project Management, plant and machineries installation is an added advantage.
Require strong leadership, good Supervisory and interpersonal skills with high sense of responsibility, able to work in a very dynamic environment.
Computer literate with working knowledge of common software package such as MS Excel, MS Words.
Training will be provided as and when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Verify and ensure the accuracy of all production reports.
Setup and maintain raw material and WIP recording, controlling and monitoring system.
Plan, direct and coordinate the works of production team in achieving target quantity of good quality throughput.
Planning for operating schedule with the aid of Plant Scheduler. Target to run production at minimal costing.
Team up with QA Department to ensure good quality products at each section of production. Investigate and take corrective action to solve quality defective problem.
Coordinate with Engineering department for machine weak point modification and restore deterioration.
Team up with Engineering Department for preventive maintenance shutdown of the required machineries.
Ensure all production processes comply with ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Establish proper operating procedures and work instructions for new production processes.
Take lead in executing the QMS and EMS at the operation floor.
Incorporate 5S concepts into the operation floor and maintain the good housekeeping concept.
Take full responsibility in the tool's design and tools required for each production sections. Deal direct with the tools supplier for any quality or performance issue.
Take full responsibility in press plates planning and consumption. Coordinate with procurement department for external service.
Take up the role as Vice Safety Chairman in the Group Safety Committee. Handle all the safety related issues at Robina premises.
Represent Robina factory when dealing with government authority such as JKKP, DOE, Bomba, etc.
Assist top management for the annual budgeting of the production department.

Special Duties / Stand-by Arrangement
As stand-by to assume the authorized responsibilities of Plant Manager in the event of his / her absence
Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
