Organize to establish and improve production command system, make production plan, check production work, ensure the completion of production tasks. According to the production operation plan, master the production schedule, do a good job in the coordination of each workshop, organize the distribution of labor, balance the scheduling of equipment and materials. Hold production meeting regularly, analyze production situation, and put forward solutions and measures to solve problems. According to the production demand, the preparation of material procurement and supply plan, and earnestly implement, timely contact to solve the production gap materials. Responsible for organizing production personnel after the project list is issued, verifying the availability of relevant materials, and arranging pre-work, post-work and urgent production according to production schedule requirements. Do a good job in equipment management, put forward renewal plans, organize regular maintenance, and improve the equipment integrity rate and utilization rate. Responsible for technical and quality assurance work in production, organize to solve and deal with problems in time, and report major problems directly to general manager. Responsible for developing processing technology, dealing with various problems in the process of processing, coordinating the relationship with related departments. Responsible for controlling the quality of internal processing and resolving the various measures affecting the quality of processing. Responsible for safety measures in the production process. Responsible for establishing production schedule, safety, quality and other rules and regulations. Responsible for controlling production costs, organizing innovation, improving efficiency, and processing those capable of processing by themselves.

Requirements

Candidates have at least a college diploma, major in management or Mechatronics, computers, etc. This position requires at least 8 years or more of experience in the assembly production of household appliances. Understand SMT and MI production processes, as well as control methods and means. Proficiency in ISO9001 and IPC-A-610 standards is required. Experience in ERP system is preferred. Can be used Chinese communicate with China team is preferred.
