Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Labour/Manpower/Resources
To responsible to determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, equipment, and labor to meet production goals.
Assist to assign job duties and build a production schedule according to the plan.
Hires and trains the workforce to meet production goals.
To manage, review and motivate the staff to ensure they are meeting performance and safety requirements.
To prepare production reports and recordings for analysis needs.

2. Production Progress and Schedule - Planning/Control
Oversee the kitchen production.
To monitor the progress of the production schedule and within processing budget.
To meet regularly with production teams and managers to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
Ensure products are following professional standards and requirements.

3. Process and SOP
To investigate problems, analyse root causes, and define solutions.
To develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality and productivity.
To develop new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training, or adopting better manufacturing processes.
Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth opening of the Kitchen Operation.
Organize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner.
Constantly strive to improve operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the operations
Assists in developing Standard & Procedures.
Monitor the progress of production, confirming the schedule and achieve the targeted plan.
Establish and enforce company policies and food safety procedure for operators.
Train and develop workers on process changes or new production line.
Motivate the operators and monitoring them to ensure they meet company requirements and performance.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing field is required
Previous experience in food production or experience in a management role preferred
Strong interpersonal and supervision skills
Computer literate and able to work independently
Willing to work shift - DAY SHIFT / NIGHT SHIFT
Willing to work in Shah Alam
