Kelayakan

• Assist on all inbound order in warehouse & handle all kind of return to warehouse activities plus return to vendor activities
• Conduct transactional processes to facilitate customer\'s product returns to the warehouse and pass on for the next course of action.

Tanggungjawab

• Will work as a Receiving Coordinator alongside Receiving Supervisor.

Receiving

• Ensure vendor deliver as per operations time
• Ensure all receive consignment are 100% checked and receive into the system on the same day
• Ensure all rejected item is being documented, communicated, follow up and return to vendor accordingly.
• Ensure all work required for all new incoming stock are carried out immediately eg labelling or kitting
• Segregate item to base on channels (RTW,BBTU,BBTI,RMA,B2C & B2B RETURN)

Storage

• Ensure all stocks are receive in the system as per the day of physical receive
• All stock must be receive and store according to the PO receiving warehouse
• Proceed stock move back to respective location after all return stock had GR\'ed
• Ad-hoc support warehouse daily stock move activities.

Return Order Processing

• Ensure RTW orders all receiving check on time and revert finding if any to the relevant party for follow-up action and closure
• Process all return in system as per SLA and move all stock to the respective warehouse location accurately

Vendor Delivery and Returns

• All stock receive must meet the receiving criteria
• Alll stock available for returns are immediately return, documented and sign off by vendor and in system
• All damage and rejected item must be documented in the receiving document and communicate to the vendor and supply chain or sourcing team for onward actions

Perform inventory checking (Cycle count and Monthly/Year end Stock Take)

Reconcile the receiving inventory between warehouse SOH and ERP SOH

Provide monthly reports to monitor the achievement of service level/KPI commitment

Forklift Driver

• Use forklift when needed
