As an

Assistant Production Supervisor

at Phabritek, you need to:

Team Leadership: Assist the Production Supervisor in leading and motivating the production team, providing guidance, training and support to ensure high performance and productivity. Monitor Production Processes: Assistant Production Supervisor to oversee production lines and operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Ensure Quality Control: Assistant Production Supervisor to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to meet production specifications and customer requirements. Schedule and Plan Production: Assistant Production Supervisor to develop daily and weekly production schedules to meet targets and manage workflow effectively. Inventory Management: Assistant Production Supervisor to monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure availability. Principle and Attendance: Assistant Production Supervisor to monitor and improve staff principle and attendance. Troubleshoot Issues: Assistant Production Supervisor to identify and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime. Safety Compliance: Assistant Production Supervisor to enforce safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environment. Report and Document: Assistant Production Supervisor to maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, downtime and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Production and Operations Management or other relevant field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant operation management experience. Able to understand Mandarin language will be an added advantage (listening, writing, reading and speaking). Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
