Manage regional process standardization and system standardization.
Translate business user requirements into process design and functional design.
Communicate with external developer to design system functions.
Manage change deployment process.
Accountable for efficiency and effectiveness of process and design of the of the Project contributing to the successful implementation.
Ensure project completion is within budget, schedule and in conformance with specifications.
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable.
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
Support AMS issue tickets raised by business users to L4.

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication).
Knowledge and experiences of SD,MM,CS,FICO and COPA.
Preferably at least 4 years of related working experience in SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) user support experiences.
Well knowledge ABAP programming and business process management.
Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
