The position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Engineer. This role supports engineering project execution while ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate, compliant, and well-organized. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering operations and document control, contributing to project success through both technical and administrative expertise.

Main responsibilities

Project Engineering Support:


Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering projects. Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports. Assist in vendor coordination.

Document Engineering & Control:


Develop, manage, and maintain engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and manuals. Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and internal quality systems. Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution. Maintain digital and physical document archives. Adhoc support.

Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Preferred 1-3 years of experience in project engineering or document control. Preferred Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD software, and document management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems. Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, or similar platforms. * Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
