Assistant Project Manager
to support project planning, execution, and coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in developing strategic plans, including work schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety standards, and ensure timely reporting and updates.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
Review and verify project expenses, materials usage, manpower hours, and claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate site activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and site updates.
Support implementation of quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.
Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, reports, records, and logs.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support project success.

What are we looking for?
Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
More than 7 years of experience in civil/earthworks/infrastructure projects
Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Able to manage technical and site-related challenges effectively
