Join a high-impact team supporting the delivery of complex, fast-paced construction projects. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be the right hand of the Project Manager-ensuring smooth coordination, consistent reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
The Opportunity

• Support the Project Manager with daily project oversight-ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Act as the central coordination point between site teams (C&S, M&E, EHS) and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Organize and facilitate internal/external meetings, including minutes, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables in close collaboration with the Planner.

Is this role right for you?

• At least 5 years of experience in construction or engineering project management, including one full-cycle data center project.
• Deep understanding of PMC (Project Management Consultancy) responsibilities and workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
