We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data center (DC) projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, high-quality, and ethical execution across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will drive results through expert leadership, cross-cultural coordination, and strategic project management practices. This role is a contract role with a duration of 6 to 12 Months.
The Opportunity

• Lead the full project lifecycle of DC builds-from planning and design coordination to commissioning and client handover.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, safety, planning, and QA/QC specialists.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and COLO clients, navigating cultural and technical complexities.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and project controls align with best-in-class project management practices.
• Oversee commissioning, O&M transition, and final documentation, ensuring a seamless handover process.

Is this role right for you?

• PMP certification and 12-15 years of project management experience, with 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven success delivering fast-track COLO projects under tight schedules and quality constraints.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP, C&S, EHS, commissioning, and operational integration.
• High integrity, ethical leadership, and the ability to foster performance-driven teams.
