What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and documented.
• Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items, and preparation of meeting minutes.
• Act as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, capturing key decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and support, to ensure all aspects of the deployment are covered.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management logs.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Maintain accurate records of deployment activities, including project plans, progress reports, and post-deployment evaluations.
• Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling, coordinating resources, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with project-related procurement and contract management as needed.
• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all deployed solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate testing and validation of systems before final acceptance.
• Address and resolve any issues or defects identified during or after deployment.
