Job Description

Ensure project complete within the specific time frame and quality. Responsible for project from initial stage through final plan preparation including survey calculations, analysis and final checking of drawings. Lead and monitor the progress in all aspects of Land surveying works. Fully involved in solving engineering site matter and development projects related to surveying. Understand client needs and incorporate all details into the drawings. To facilitate progress meetings and produce project reports. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Handle all contractual dispute matters including costing, fee estimates and billing. Manage and liaise with Authority for all necessary application and other related matters. To liaise and coordinate meeting with sub-contractor, clients and other relevant government parties. To liaise with draughtsman and surveyors in order to ensure that plans are per job scope/client's request. Fully involved in tender bidding and technical matters relating such cost calculation, estimation, and compilation of required information. Maintain good control of documents and implement Standard of procedure (ISO 9001:2015) practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Able to go site and willing to travel outstation when required.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a

Bachelors's Degree in Land Surveying and Geomatics Engineering.

At least

minimum 2 years

of working experience in

Land Surveying Consultancy Company is required for this position.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia Required skill(s): ZWCAD & AUTOCAD and Ms Office (esp. Ms Excel) Preferably Exec. specializing in

Engineering Survey, Cadastral Survey and Project Management.

Have knowledge and experience in

Strata Survey, Title Survey, Cadastral Survey and Project management.

Having experience in solving engineering site matters. Independent and can lead to handle development project related to surveying. Familiar with submission to relevant Authorities and/or National code. Have established network with local Authorities. Strong knowledge of land regulatory requirements. Possess strong communication & negotiation skills and meticulous to details. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure/overtime to meet deadlines. Efficient, accurate and precise work. Responsible and highly committed towards his/her assignment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
