- Workspace Malaysia's Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Project & Account Manager to lead complex projects and grow client relationships across the Crown Workspace brand. This hybrid role blends end-to-end project management-including move management, relocation, design & build, refurbishment, and building maintenance projects-with strategic account farming and upselling. You'll be the key driver of operational excellence and client satisfaction, while unlocking new revenue opportunities across our service portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

• Lead and manage full-cycle projects: relocation, design & build, refurbishment, and maintenance.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct site assessments, volume finalization, risk analysis, and compliance checks.
• Oversee scheduling, and quality assurance (the direct link to NPS & NSS scoring).
• Ensure adherence to Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Provide regular progress reports and post-project evaluations.

Account Management & Upselling

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
• Understand client operations and identify opportunities to upsell services from your unit and other business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
• Drive account growth through strategic farming, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track account performance metrics.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, QS, business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in project management and client servicing, preferably in relocation, facilities, or construction.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory frameworks and building standards.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and CRM platforms. CAD systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks and others) application knowledge is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed, with own vehicle and a valid driving license
