Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2+ years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to high-rise or large-scale developments In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement, and authority requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow up with local authorities on all submission plan and land matters. Update project planning and development team on the authority requirements and status of each submission. Responsible for site activities including planning, co-ordination, supervision works and cost control. Monitor sub-contractors progress work, review of construction drawings and liaise with local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of projects. Attend site meeting with site staff, consultants, sub- contractors and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues. Co-ordinate relevant permits, license and approvals that may be required at site. Report project updates and critical developments to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
