Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction-related roles.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent Problem-solving, Leadership, and Communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong Attention to detail and a Teamwork-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and cost.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site operations, safety compliance, and quality control to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and review project reports, documentation, and contracts.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and challenges effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to discuss project updates and strategies.
