Position Title : Assistant Purchasing Manager - PCBA
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM6,000 - RM10,000
Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Responsible for making sure that the right products or services are purchased at the right time and are getting the best value for money.
xc2xb7 Supervise the buyer team on daily purchasing activities & ensure compliance to the company policy & objective set by the company.
xc2xb7 Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
xc2xb7 Manage the inventory control & ensure continuity of material supply.
xc2xb7 Reviewing purchase orders and other documents to ensure that they comply with company policies and procedures.
xc2xb7 Coordinate with internal CFT team & work together with buyer on the ECO roll in plan to minimize the potential exposure.
xc2xb7 Effective communication with relevant departments. Able to work coordinates and communicates with all departments in purchasing matters.
xc2xb7 Handle NPI projects & work with internal CFT team on all material related issues.
xc2xb7 Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirement
xc2xb7 Minimum five years of experience and required industry experience, including two years in supervisory role.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
xc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
xc2xb7 Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
xc2xb7 Strong planning and organizational skills.
xc2xb7 Possesses the ability to lead and motivate teams.
xc2xb7 Demonstrates accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and multitasking.
xc2xb7 Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strategic mindset.
