Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and issue

Purchase Orders (PO)

to suppliers based on approved

Purchase Requisitions (PR)

. Create

purchase reports

and

issue delivery notes (DN)

accurately and on time. Send

weekly forecast reports

to suppliers according to information provided by the planner. Perform

receiving processes

based on supplier

Delivery Orders (DO)

and

Invoices

. Maintain proper

filing and documentation

for all PRs, POs, and DNs on a weekly basis. Assist in monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability. Support the Purchasing Officer in any other related administrative or procurement tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
