Maintain proper
filing and documentation
for all PRs, POs, and DNs on a weekly basis.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability.
Support the Purchasing Officer in any other related administrative or procurement tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
