Job Description

Jobs & Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and comparing prices, quality, and lead times. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with approved procurement requests. Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and expedite late shipments. Coordinate with the store and production team to ensure materials are received and documented correctly. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier files, and databases. Support the preparation of procurement-related reports and analysis. Help verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and ensure proper filing of documentation. Assist in resolving any supply discrepancies, returns, or quality issues. Perform ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Executive, Procurement & Purchasing. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work in a

fast-paced environment
