Assistant Purchasing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to company requirements. Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and maintain accurate purchasing records. Communicate with vendors/suppliers to obtain competitive prices and ensure timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly. Support the preparation of purchasing reports and cost analysis. Assist the purchasing team in special projects and daily tasks as needed.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Management, Supply Chain, or relevant fields). Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
