Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the
QA
and
Process Quality Engineering
teams to achieve company quality objectives.
Oversee
in-process
and
final quality control
activities to ensure consistent product conformance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage
Material Review Board (MRB)
processes, ensuring timely review, disposition, and proper documentation of non-conforming materials and products.
Collaborate closely with
Production

Engineering
,
Planning
, and
Supply Chain
teams to resolve quality issues and drive sustainable process improvements.
Develop, implement, and maintain
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
in accordance with
ISO 9001

IATF 16949
, or equivalent standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive
quality performance reports, metrics, and dashboards
to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead
root cause analysis

corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate defects and enhance process capability.
Ensure
audit readiness
and compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.
Champion
continuous improvement
projects focused on enhancing quality performance, operational efficiency, and product reliability.
Education & Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in
Engineering
,
Quality Management
, or a related technical discipline.
Professional certifications
such as
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
or
Six Sigma Black Belt
are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of
quality systems, methodologies, and regulatory standards
.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and presentation
skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
Proven
leadership, negotiation, and analytical
capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and complex quality challenges.

Working Experience Requirements
Minimum
7-10 years
of quality assurance experience in a
manufacturing environment
