Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines at the project site. Support QA/QC Engineer in conducting daily inspections to ensure work follows project specifications, drawings, and standards. Perform basic quality checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship before and during installation. Assist in identifying non-conformities and follow up with site teams for corrective actions. Prepare and update QA/QC documentation such as inspection forms, checklists, reports, and test records. Maintain proper filing of all quality-related documents for easy reference and audit purposes. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and engineers during inspections and quality-related activities. Attend site meetings when required and communicate quality issues to the team. Assist in monitoring site activities to ensure adherence to approved quality procedures and method statements. Support internal audits and help assess the effectiveness of project quality control systems.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field. Fresh graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC or construction site work are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage. Good observation skills with strong attention to detail. Able to prepare simple documentation and reports (MS Office). Good communication skills and able to work with site teams. Willing to work at construction site and perform inspections regularly. Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS or QA/QC procedures is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
