Job Description

• To assist DQ Engineer / Executive in the new product launching and interface with Engineering, QC, Product Marketing, Production and Material Control to ensure smooth running of the trial run and mass production.
• To assist DQ Engineer / Executive to build the linkages with R&D, Factory and customer.
• To assist DQ Engineer / Executive in leading the Line Patrol, Product Audit, Capacity Test Room, Part Qualification & reliability, if any.
• To assist DQ Engineer in preparing of the QC testing specification in the line key processes work instruction and quality planning for the new models planned to launch.
• To assist in preparing of testing jigs and facilities with Engineering for incoming, in-process and finished product control.
• To assist in plan process and product audit in accordance to the WI and specs established.
• To assist in ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and related standard requirements.
• To assist in inculcate quality awareness mind among the workforce.
• To assist in ensure & maintain safety, health and good environmental practices at work surrounding, apply suitable PPE where applicable.
• To assist in ensure basic TPM on machine, equipment, test facilities for 'up to mark' operation (safety, quality and output).
• To assist in monitoring of subordinates daily attendance, operation, including the in-out (at work), compliance with basic code of conduct.
• Ho-Ren-So for any key issue arises at work, especially for safety, environment, quality, product & process related.
• To ensure KYA is carried out as per planned schedule.
• To ensure all workers are equipped with proper PPE corresponding to working environment.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above.
• Basic knowledge on air conditioning components (e.g. Compressor, motor, PCB etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
