Job Description

Job Summary:
The Quality Control Manager ensures the products meet the industrial standard requirement and quality standards. Understands customers' needs, requirements, and expectations. Streamline the communications between the sales & operation teams and the production teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop & determine different SKU-level standards/guidelines and perform inspections to maintain high-quality output
Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the manufacturing/production teams
Establish the procedure for quality control to maintain production capacity on standard
To feedback production manager on any discrepancies/nonconformities detected
Ensure safety and health procedures are complied with at all times
To analyze Customer Complaints and work out corrective action cooperatives with the production leader to solve the problem
To perform continuous improvement through workflow, analysis, and optimization
Liaison with the production team about quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
To make sure that products being produced or sold meet the expectations of the consumer/customer
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the manager or management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Science, and Manufacturing or with equivalent working experience
Minimum 5 years working experience in quality management/quality assurance in the food industry, and preferably possess 2 years of supervisory experience. If any less experience and knowledge will be considered (as Quality Controller)
Experience in handling product quality issue complaints will be an advantage
With experience in ISO 9001 and is certified as an auditor is an advantage
knowledge of Europe compliance or FDA in the food industry and quality management tools including Quality Mindset, Quality Tools, Process Control Chart
