Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Assistant QHSE Manager specialized in the steel manufacturing sector. The role requires a focus on quality, health, safety, and environmental management in Selangor.
- Oversee all QHSE-related activities within the steel manufacturing process.
- Implement, monitor, and improve the QHSE management system.
- Lead internal audits and manage external audit processes.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training to staff.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international QHSE regulations.
- Prepare QHSE reports for senior management.
- Drive a positive QHSE culture within the organization.
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of QHSE practices in steel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience conducting QHSE audits and training.
