TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (QC)

1.1 To report to the Head of Department on daily quality efficiency. To highlight to the Head of Department on any problem that needs his attention.

1.2 To analyze internal rejection by daily, Weekly & Monthly basis at any process.

1.3 To liase and initiate meeting with department/section or any problems effecting the smooth functioning of Quality control and Quality system.

1.4 To Initiate daily quality discussion ( QFM ) with Q.I,Production Leader,Production Technician, Production supervisor & QA Personal for daily internal rejection & take immediate action for improvement.

1.5 To ensure QI & QG conduct quality awarness by daily basis at DEFCOM area to highlight defect outflow to other section. ( Refer : DEFCOM /QFM Stop defect outlow ).

1.6 PIC involve for DEFCOM ( Q.I / QG / Technician / Tech. Assistant /Technical Executive ).

1.7 To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconforming relating to product, process & quality system.

1.8 Monitoring of daily production for injection and assembly.

1.9 To be apart of APQP/SPTT team conducted by RND.

2.0 To ensure all below document use after mass production

Preparation and updating of Inspection Agreement which was agreed by customer. Ensure that process running as per Control Plan process flow. Conducted Cpk, GR&R, PIS, PAS, Incoming , First piece, In process, Assembly & Outgoing check sheet daily basis.
2.1 To study the detail countermeasure with QA Personal on customer complaint issues and warranty claim issues for immediate action & permanent action.

2.2 Responsible for reporting monthly defective report to AHP's Management Team.

2.3 To ensure all Company Procedure been follow by all personnel in QC Department according to IATF 16949/ISO 9001 quality system.

2.4 To monitor all quality improvement activity been carried out and implemented by relevant department.

2.5 To take immediate countermeasure on all customers complaint relating to quality of AHP's product supplied.

2.6 To monitor the effectiveness of countermeasure and preventive action which relating to quality of AHP's products.

2.7 Identify QC staff training requirement yearly.

2.8 To conduct Prioritized Reduction Plan monthly meeting relevant departments for initiating corrective & preventive action.

2.9 Other tasks as determined by the Management.

3.0 Ensuring EMS Management system running smoothly according to OHASA & ISO 14001 Standard.

3.1 Responsible for communicating to employees regarding environmental issues, safety and health,and the role of the person responsible for taking care of the interest of the environment, health and safety at the company.

3.2 Make recommendation to the Department of Human Resources related training environment, safety and health of their workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
