Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
1. Complete quotation forms for government and private sector projects
2. Familiar with CIDB, E-Procurement, and Ariba (Training will be provided)
3. Knowledgeable in doing civil structure quantity calculations (taking-off)
4. Detail-oriented in completing tasks
5. Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
6. Skilled in sourcing and comparing prices for required materials and items
7. Update daily site progress by recording all daily expenses in Excel
8. Prepare full reports for project claim matters
9. Record all new projects accurately and in an organized manner
10. Independence in problem-solving.
11. Diploma In Civil Engineering / Diploma In Quantity Surveyor / Diploma In Building Construction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
