Job Description
:
Prepare and manage tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), Letters of Award, and contract documents. Perform measurement, quantity take-off, and preparation of preliminary costing for budgeting and cost control of ongoing projects. Coordinate and monitor QS activities to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements. Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, construction teams, and subcontractors. Evaluate, verify, and process subcontractors' and suppliers' progress claims, variations, and contractual payments. Ensure timely delivery of QS tasks while meeting tight deadlines, working under pressure, and maintaining independence in task execution.
Skills Requirement :
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or QS Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Civil field site Good civil and structural engineering knowledge. Good supervision and interpersonal skill. With own transport and willing to travel, independent Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Microsoft Office and Excel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
