Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Resposibilities;
-Prepare and verify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
-Measure quantities and take-off from construction drawings for estimation and billing purposes.
-Coordinate with site team, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for cost management.
-Monitor and record site material usage and labour costs to ensure cost efficiency.
-Perform site visits and inspections when required to verify work progress and measurements.
-Undertake any other duties assigned by the Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
