Job Responsibilities:

To involve in tendering until submission and interview including quotation enquiry Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for the project To assist / prepare interim progress claim to the clients and payment certificate to sub-contractors for the project To perform site valuations, measurements and inspection To call and compile quotations from sub-contractors for the purpose of the contract documents To attend site progress meeting To liaise with client, consultant, supplier and sub-contractors in regards to the project To assist/prepare any required report/documents requested by management To deliver the instruction and assignment given by superior Any other work as instructed by superior To portray a good company reputation and profile To comply and adhere to Company Policy and take care of Company Interest and Property

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent. Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project. At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in Construction Industry and the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
