Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Prior experience in construction site work is an advantage (CIDB Green Card preferred).
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office/AutoCAD).
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, including outside normal working hours.
Competitive, goal-oriented, disciplined, and with good character.
Possess a valid B2 and D driving license.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in preparing cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and prepare progress claims.
Assist in procurement, quotations, and evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers.
Conduct site measurements and valuations.
Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support the senior quantity surveyor and project team in all QS-related matters.
