Pre Contract

1. Assisting in preparing Preliminary Cost Estimate

2. Taking Off and Bills of Quantities

3. Assisting In Preparing Tender Document

4. Assisting In Preparing Tender Report

Post Contract

1. Assisting in Preparing Contract Documentation

2. Preparing Interim Valuations

3. Preparing Variation Works

4. Assisting in Final Accounts

5. Any other task as required by the Supervisor/Director

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Must be able to work in USJ 1 Subang Jaya Selangor and willing to travel

4. Experience in Cost X or similar software is an added advantage.

5. Immediate joiner is preferred

6. Good communication and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
