Assistant Quantity Surviyor
Job Description
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
- Assisting in establishing a clients requirement and undertaking feasilibity studies
- To prepare monthly cash-flow forecast
- To prepare tender costing, analysis documenation, procurement support and etc
- To conduct joint measurement with clients representaitive and sub-contractors when necessary
- Site visit and communicate with architects,engineers,builders,contractors and project owners
- Liaison withclient, sub-contractor,supplier and authorities
- All information obtained in the course of work with this company shall be deemed to be strictly confidental
REQUIREMENTS :
DIPLOMA OR BACHELOR DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING
3 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE
HARDWOKING AND ABLE TO LEARN
