Handling students' admission and records
Ensure all records are complete in both physical and online
To handle registration/enrolment day
Handling parents / students' inquiries in regards with students' status
Periodical reports to management and committees as required
Update students' tracking and status
Job Requirements:
Master/Degree in related field
Experience in registry related tasks
Pleasant attitude and good communication skills at all level
Understanding work processes under MOHE is an advantage
Mastering third language is an advantage (Arabic/Mandarin)
Detail-oriented and systematic thinking to understand the work procedures and requirements
Competent and fast adaptation in IT system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
